Skylight, smoke ventilation and Bannister

Everlite has branded skylight and smoke ventilation for over 50 years. This fall Everlite became a part of Kera Group, Finland. Kera Group has also taken over Optilite in Denmark, Awak in Polen and Brave in Sweden. The sister companies have been our supporting partner for a long time, so we are proved to be a part of Kera Group and knowing that they have strong focus on selling skylight and smoke ventilation to the Norwegian marked.

 As the Sales Manager for Everlite, you will be responsible for the functionality and profitability of our business locally. You will also participate in Kera Group’s joint goal planning and putting the objectives into practice. You are able to see the company as one and bring strong sales leadership and support to the whole team. But also have focus on internal processes and good service.

Today we have administration, 2 salesperson in skylight, 2 in bannister, a service department and assembly department.

 We do not require knowledge of Everlite’s products, but an understanding of the construction industry and production business would be desirable.

To succeed in this role, because you have:

• Good communicational skills
• Strong teamwork skills
• You have high focus on customer service
• You have good focus on internal processes and service
• Management experience
• Positive and energetic mind
• Understanding of construction industry in Norway
• You have some knowledge of electronics
• Fluent Norwegian and English, Finnish is considered an advantage
• Readiness to travel a few times a year
• Basics of financial management
