We are seeking a dedicated and driven CCO to lead our further commercial growth.

The CCO is part of the top management group in Heimdall power and responsible for commercial strategy and building the commercial organization. You have a strategic mindset and sound ability in building strategic partnerships and drive end-to-end sales processes. You have a clear business understanding and driven by winning new prospects. We are looking for a candidate who thrive in a hectic environment. You are self-going and are motivated by creating results together with colleagues.   

The position reports to the CEO.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and execute strategy plan to achieve sales targets and expand Heimdall Powers customer base globally
  • Contribute to streamlining sales process
  • Optimize sales “infrastructure” with relevant and valuable tools
  • Lead contracts negotiations
  • Develop all contracts material required for sales and bid processes with partners/distributors
  • Build strategic partnerships with global accounts
  • Work close with our product and engineering team to help shape our products and features.
  • Work close with our sales- and marketing team to create a modern marketing and sales “machine”
  • Lead the company into the global market together with the rest of the management team

Education and experience:

  • BSc or MSc within business or technology
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales/business development role from the Power Industry or related industry
  • Experience in building a sales organization

 

  • Experience from SaaS or enterprise software is an advantage.
  • Ideally you have a solid track record of scaling out and managing high-performing sales organization
  • You will provide leadership and coaching to enable both individual and team success
