Statkraft has acquired several EV charging companies the last 2 years. This charging portfolio is now being consolidated into one company structure. The company (brand under construction) will operate as a company responsible for all Statkraft’s charging activities in Europe and under a corporate governance framework. In order to develop our business within EV Charging and lead the buildup of an international company, we are seeking a CEO. The CEO will hold overall responsibility for all activities in the company and actively contribute to its international breakthrough. This involves developing and implementing the company’s strategy in close dialogue with the owner, and the subsidiaries in both UK, Germany, Sweden and Norway.

We are seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial and result oriented person with a factual and insight-based approach. You have demonstrated strong leadership impact and have experience with organizational development; building and leading an organization to the next level of maturity. Furthermore, you know how to collaborate constructively with business and functional leaders to develop, support and implement strategies and results. You have a strong commercial orientation, the ability to communicate at all levels and are an excellent networker and relationship builder – preferably with international experience.

You are professional and accurate when communicating in English and preferably in Norwegian as well, with previous experience ideally from retail, tech or related industries – preferably B2C-oriented companies.
