- Head of Marketing
As Head of Marketing you will have the main responsibility of our brand awareness and the overall marketing strategy for Neonomics. You will be the chief brand guardian for Neonomics, ensuring all our marketing and content aligns with Neonomics mission and messaging.
- Develop and own the overall marketing strategy for Neonomics
- Take charge of the marketing team and make the strategy reality
- Develop and deliver the marketing communications plan for Neonomics and the associated products. Define and deliver the Neonomics brand positioning.
- Be the spearhead for the strategic and tactical execution of marketing campaigns, including design of test/control segmentation, implementation of tests, tracking, results reporting, analysis, and recommendations.
- Lead Marketing Insight and Research activities
- Identify and negotiate key partnerships to drive growth and product awareness
- Offer ongoing competitor intelligence and trend spotting, ensuring we offer relevant insights and ideas to the product team, business development, and to wider stakeholders

As Head of Marketing you´ll be leading the Marketing team at Neonomics, a team that plays a crucial role in communicating the vision and strategy of the company and our products.
The Marketing team is made up of people from different backgrounds, and one that is very cross-functional. We love working with people across the business and other companies to share our story and vision in a compelling way.
We are looking for an energic and creative soul with successful track record in senior marketing roles and creating marketing campaigns. Besides being excellent in communication and decision making, you are an openminded and experienced leader who knows how to inspire and motivate others.
- Minimum 5 years of experience from a Marketing Manager role or similar
- Experience with building and delivering digital and content marketing strategies, preferable from an international company
- Experience in running brand awareness and PR campaigns
- Strong knowledge of social media strategies
- Experience with B2B marketing
- Proven ability to plan and manage budgets and experience in leading teams
- Exceptional writing, editing, oral and interpersonal communication skills coupled with strong organisational skills
- Knowledge to the FinTech industry and start-ups is an advantage
