We are recruiting a Team Leader for our Customer Service Center in Spain!

Does it sound like something for you? Lucky you! We’re now recruiting a Team Leader for our Customer Service Center in Fuengirola, Spain.

Sector Alarm has business in Norway, Sweden, Finland, Ireland, Spain and France. Your team will be responsible of taking care of our customers in Norway.

What will you do?

You are, together with the other two Norwegian Team Leader’s, responsible for planning and executing the daily operations and make sure that all customer communication is handled efficiently and professionally following Best Practice. You ensure the Team reach it’s KPI’s, are motivated and feel supported within any work-related questions.

As the team’s closest leader, a big part of your role contains People Management including onboarding/offboarding, performance management, any kind of daily support and coaching with monthly one-to-one’s and yearly appraisal talks.

As a Team Leader you are responsible to make sure your team is following agreed department routines and procedures, also ensuring them are constantly developed. As a Team Leader you collaborate with other internal stakeholders, generate statistics, organize and participate meetings and represent your team. 

You report directly to our Department Manager (Robert Kattan).

Who are you?

• It’s preferable that you have leadership experience
• You are structured, proactive and able to spot and address urgent issues.
• You have a talent for coaching and motivate others
• Speaks Norwegian and English fluently, both orally and written

To be able to work on Sector Alarm you need to have a clean Criminal Record.
