The Salesforce Program Architect is a new role, intended to lead and manage our application of Salesforce across the Application Development organization. A strong knowledge of our business and banking systems will be the foundation for applying your knowledge of Salesforce, to best serve the organizational needs. What systems strategy should we pursue? How do we optimize? What should we built? What should we buy? As the Salesforce Program Architect you will play a vital role in ensuring we make the most of our systems and capabilities.

Areas of responsibility

• Provide thought leadership on CRM in relation to our business processes and architecture

• Contribute to the program vision for optimizing our system landscape building on our core Salesforce Engagement platform

• Create and drive the program strategy for applying and leveraging Salesforce as our CRM platform

• Take active part in defining and communicating application and integration development best practices, Enterprise Architecture standards and functional and technical solution architecture & design

• Drive the creation of application and technical design documents which leverage Salesforce best practices and effectively integrate Salesforce into our infrastructure.

• Serve as the strategic advisor on utilization of the Salesforce platform

You will find that profound experience in both CRM and program architecture are more important than extensive Salesforce experience. This is not an easy task and you are expected to perform on many different stages.

We expect to see

• Strong business acumen within Banking
• Strong technical understanding (Salesforce, integration architecture)
• Min. 5 years of program architecture experience
• Broad and thorough understanding of governance and compliance structures applicable to your area
• CRM experience with a track record of successful deliveries as a program architect
• Our Salesforce platform will play a vital role in our efforts to optimize the cross-Nordic synergies of the application landscape within the bank. As such, you are expected to own and contribute to KPI’s and deliveries on multiple product streams.

You will contribute to

Salesforce Engagement platform – running since August 2019 and intended to provide services for

• Operations - Originations, Disbursement and Customer Service 360 view.
• Partner portals for dealers and Sales Finance.
• PRM/KAM support
• CPQ – product configurator
• Consolidation of internal product offerings to streamline our product portfolio
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Einstein
• Generating valuable customer and business insights

In addition to the above, you will be consulted for numerous other product and platform initiatives, to lead and guide our business in the possibilities Salesforce has to offer.
