This is an ideal opportunity for someone with proven experience as a quality manager who is seeking the challenge to implement a robust globalised integrated solution which will be fundamental to the continued growth strategy of the company.    

Duties and responsibilities

Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control and business improvement processes 

Supervise quality ambassadors located within each of our global business units and provide guidance and feedback 

Oversee all service and product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards 

Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis 

Solicit feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are met and identify how we can provide an improved value proposition 

Submit detailed reports to the CEO / global management team 

Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures 

Work in cooperation with our balanced score card system and collaboratively implement initiatives to improve our perspective level KPI's. 

Control the day-to-day operations including auditing, meetings, training and updating documents and records for all aspects of the system 
 

Qualifications

Proven experience as quality manager 

Be familiar and able to work with web based QMS / KPI systems 

Should be familiar with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Standard, OHSAS 18001 Health and Safety Management, ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management 

Be comfortable developing the Company's QHSE systems and encouraging a culture of excellence and compliance 

Proficient in MS Office 

In depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards 

Excellent math abilities and working knowledge of data analysis/statistical methods 

Background working in a similar fast-paced software product development / consultancy environment 

Good academic background, ideally with a BSc / Ba in business administration or relevant field 

Project management qualifications desirable, but not required 

Personal qualities

Conscientious and responsible 

A keen eye for detail and a result driven approach 

Outstanding communication skills 

Excellent organizational and leadership skills 

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with both colleagues and clients 

Initiative - the ability to manage and control own workload 

Be able and willing to regularly travel to the various international offices
