Change has always been a part of our DNA and it’s truly something that defines us as a company as well as our mentality. It is with this in mind that we are now looking for a new colleague to our great team of HR professionals.

We have recently completed a reorganization within People and Organization (P&O) so that we better can support our new strategy: Shape25. A strategy that aims to shift our focus from product to a more customer oriented approach. In light of this we’re therefor now looking to strengthen our team with a HR Business Partner that will support one of our exciting customer segments to execute on our new Strategy.

This is what you’ll be doing here

In this role you will be responsible for the HR agenda and the P&O cycle for the organizations that you support as well as other tasks within the HR-fields.

This is an operational role with a big focus on supporting and coaching the managers on daily basis as a true HR business partner. You will be the driver of change within the organization and continuously work to strengthen- and develop our culture.

You will also take part in identifying and building capabilities and competences so that we can ensure future competitiveness.

As a HR Business Partner at Husqvarna Group you will naturally be a part of the management teams that you support.

This role is located in Sarpsborg (Norway) or Brastad (Sweden) and will report to the factory Manager at the site, with a dotted line to the Senior HR Business Partner of Operations. The HR Business Partner will also support the sales organization in Sarpsborg and Oslo.

As a person we expect you to be curious by nature; having the courage to explore and challenge us and the organization when needed as a way of developing yourself and the organization. You should have a “can-do” attitude and the maturity to take own initiatives. You should also have a strong business acumen and understanding how the business agenda drives people imperatives and future organizational needs. Lastly we do believe that you value the possibility to network within the organization with a great ability to build strong relationships.

Formal merits

Required

·        University degree within HR or other relevant field

·        Fluent in English

·        Great knowledge in Labor Law and negotiations (Both countries)

·        Extensive HR Business Partner Experience (preferably in an international and matrix organization)

Desired

·        Worked industrial environment

·        Have experience driving change

·        Have experience working with Capabilities and Workforce planning activities or other related talent management activities.
