Position Summary

 

XSENS FLOW SOLUTIONS provide advanced patented clamp-on flow meters for complex flow and fluid conditions, primarily for the international oil and gas industry. Following successful introduction and massive potential in the Middle East Market, XSENS seeks a Business Manager Middle East (BM ME), for residence in the Emirates. 

The BM ME will, in close cooperation with VP Business Development at XSENS head quarter in Norway, conduct and execute sales and marketing activities, assisted by the growing number of agents and representatives in the region. The BM ME will be responsible for the Emirates office set-up and operation and have the overall responsibility for the sales, financial results and business reporting of the Middle East Region. The BM ME will be responsible for all marketing activities in the region, including international congresses and conferences, assisted by XSENS HQ. The position requires commitment and compliance to Xsens AS business system including focus on business ethics and ESG. The job requires initiative and creativity as well as personal efficiency and passion for sales. Experience within technical sales in the Middle East is required.   

 

Area of responsibility

·       Sales budgets/results for the Middle East

·       Emirates Office responsibility

.       Responsibility of Middle East agents, follow-up

·       Planning of Middle East sales and marketing, including regional events and conferences 

·       Sales training programs for agents and representatives in cooperation with Xsens HQ.

.       Position reporting to VP Business Development

Education /Qualifications: 

·       Combined technical/commercial background (process/instruments preferably)

.      Bid and contract documentation experience

·       CRM system and digital marketing competence

·       Good English skills - written and oral. Basic Arabic skills is an advantage

.       Middle East culture experience
