Grieg Seafood is on a journey of sustainable growth in an exciting market full of opportunities. Towards 2025, we are aiming for global growth, cost leadership and increased focus on sustainable farming practices. Furthermore, Grieg Seafood will reposition the company in the value chain and evolve from a pure salmon supplier to an innovation partner for selected customers. We will increase our presence downstream through value added processing, partnerships, category development and brand cultivation.

To lead this strategic area, we are looking for an experienced commercial business developer who can navigate in the international retail industry. You will drive the development and execution of our commercial strategy and achieve the company´s ambitions to become a customer innovation partner. It will be your responsibility to build up our new, fully integrated global sales and market organization.

Relevant candidates have a proven experience as a commercial lead or another relevant role. You preferably have experience from seafood or other fresh food industries, and proven experience from retail sales and/or marketing. Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset and excellent organizational skills will be considered an advantage.

The position is located at the Headquarters office in Bergen, but you will cover tasks and responsibilities for Grieg Seafood globally. The Chief Commercial Officer will be a part of the Executive Management Team and will report to CEO, Andreas Kvame. Travelling to Grieg Seafood´s international locations and markets will be required.
