Our projects, which typically range from 40 to 200MNOK, are not just tasks—they're epic journeys with delivery times between 12-24 months.

Job tasks and responsibilities:

• Take the helm and steer the project from engineering, supplier selection, purchasing, production follow-up, factory acceptance testing, logistics, installation, to successful completion, ensuring it aligns with both budget and contractual commitments.
• Nurture and sustain relationships both within and outside of our organization, acting as a bridge between all stakeholders.
• Be the face of our brand, managing customer and supplier interactions and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Oversee the project's trajectory, ensuring its planning, progress, quality, cash flow, and budget are on point.
• Deliver timely, accurate, and reports on project progress, ensuring a seamless project closure.
• Be responsible for the delivery of the completed project – within budget and contractual commitments

Bring to the table:

• Your academic prowess, demonstrated by a university degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• A proven track record of at least 3 years in senior project management, punctuated by tangible results.
• Your dynamic leadership style and exceptional interpersonal skills.
• An astute understanding of commercial and contractual aspects.
• Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and agile environment.
• Your superior communication skills, enabling seamless interactions with internal teams, customers, and suppliers.

• Your mastery of the English language, both spoken and written.
