Chief Operation Officer / COO

R&M Ship Interior AS is looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to manage the operation of the business. The role as COO will strengthen the management team in Molde and reports to the Managing Director.

Primary objectives:

• Lead the operational business in accordance to the company's goal and direction.
• Set up and develope operative targets together with the rest of R&M management team
• Participate in annual budget discussions and issue budget in cooperation with the management team
• Further develop good project management and project structure
• Acquire new projects and participate in sales

Expected qualifications and skills:

• Specialized education or experience in the profession
• At least five years of relevant operational strategic management experience
• Experience from budgeting and strategic financial planning
• Background from maritime industry
• Norwegian and English
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Energetic and open minded
