HR Business Partner, Talent & Development

What are we looking for? 
We are at a pivotal point in our journey as we transform fundamentally how Carrier runs as a business and prepares to function as a standalone entity. We are looking for an ambitious and hands on Talent, Learning and Development Business Partner to support our Autronica and Marioff businesses across the Nordics region. 
The main goal of this role is to support the operational delivery of the business talent, learning and development strategy in the areas of onboarding, management development, change management and identifying and nurturing internal talent.

Main responsibilities

We are looking for an ambitious and hands on Talent, Learning and Development Business Partner to support our all our Carrier businesses, including Autronica and Marrioff across the Nordics region. The main goal of this role is to support the operational delivery of the business talent, learning and development strategy in the areas of onboarding, management development, employee development, change management and identifying and growing internal talent pools.
 
As a Talent, Learning and Development Business Partner, you will:
 

• Build relationships with management teams across Autronica, Marioff and Carrier Refrigeration
• Identify training and talent needs across the various businesses
• Develop and deliver learning solutions that create a diverse, empowered and innovative workforce
• Help colleagues to grow, develop and succeed
• Help to launch a range of Global initiatives in the Nordics region

Qualifications

• Be an experienced Talent, Learning and Development professional with a track record of designing and delivering training and development programmes
• Have experience of working in a standalone Talent, Learning and Development role
• Have a proven record in building strong relationships with senior stakeholders in the business
• Be confident managing multiple projects across different business units
• A valid driving licence is required and the ability to undertake frequent travel across the Nordics and occasional travel to the UK is required. This is a regional role with travel primarily across Norway and Finland. An ideal base would be close to one of our offices in either Trondheim, Norway or Helsinki, Finland. For an exceptional individual we make consider a UK-base (Blackburn or Manchester)
