CFO - Norbit ASA

NORBIT ASA is seeking an experienced CFO. The CFO plays an essential role in the company's corporate management, NORBIT's corporate strategy, IR and M&A. As the CFO in NORBIT you will have a big impact in further development of financial reporting, identifying improvements and facilitation of operational performance improvement. You will lead the finance and accounting department.

Responsibilities:
• Financial reporting
• Budget and forecasting
• IR and M&A
• Corporate governance and compliance
• Corporate strategy and communication
• Currency hedging, insurance and other corporate agreement
• Represent the company on external arenas
• Risk management

Requirements:
• Higher relevant education
• Experience from a leadership position with similar responsibilities
• Experience from a listed company is advantageous
• Experience with IR and M&A
• Strong accounting- and business understanding
• High degree of system- and IT-competency
