We seek an experienced and structured CTO to drive innovation and ensure a successful digital transformation in G2 Ocean. The CTO must be a strategic project manager who is passionate about driving the company´s innovation processes, implementing technological changes and establishing a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. The CTO has a good understanding of emerging technologies and how they can be used to improve customer satisfaction and ensure sustainable business development.

The right candidate is commercially driven, has relevant work experience and understands the aspects of global business. You have successfully lead technological innovation processes, preferably in similar industrial companies, and know how to plan, implement and oversee digitalization across departments and offices. You will be a vital part of G2 Ocean´s growth strategy and responsible for ensuring that the company succeeds with its digital transformation. With an emphasis on value-creating tasks, you will give employees the tools they need to work smarter and more efficiently and ensure premium customer service.

Suitable candidates have higher education, strong analytical-, commercial- and communication skills, and documented experience from planning and implementing technological change. You are an open-minded and energetic team player, who identify potential future solutions and build enthusiasm around implementing them. You can balance strategic thinking and detail orientation in your proactive approach to driving development in the business.

The position is located in Bergen and reports to the CEO.
