We are now looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join our Nordic team.

As our Senior Sales Manager at Transcom you will be responsible for a couple of our strategic accounts and are ultimately responsible for senior client interactions with a full P&L responsibility. You will have the overall responsibility for the accounts, including strategic relationship with the client to secure delivery of the contractual obligations in line with the expectations of both parties. In the role you will also be responsible for finding new clients in the Nordics and create sales strategies to sign new deals.

As our Senior Sales Manager you will be part of a highly motivated and ambitious team reporting to our General Manager for the Nordics and Baltics.


Responsibility

  • Responsible for finding new clients in the Nordics
  • Build and maintain a powerful stakeholder and client partnership, drive performance and ensure deliverables are met
  • Effective management of the account on a daily basis to ensure overall financial targets are delivered and exceeded
  • Prepare and deliver a comprehensive account plan in line with the objectives of the client
  • Plan and drive the account strategy and related strategic objectives, including customer resolution, customer retention and acquisition
  • Maintain excellent senior executive level relationships with stakeholders and continue an effective client relationship and engagement strategy
  • Responsible for senior client interactions and has full P&L responsibility


Requirements

Qualifications

  • Relevant Bachelor or Master Degree or equivalent
  • Previous experience from management positions and client responsibility with a strong track record
  • Previous experience of B2B sales and a strong track record of finding new clients. Experience from a contact center environment is an advantage
  • Strong commercial skills
  • Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to present to internal and external stakeholders
  • Previous experience of strategy development and execution
  • Fluent in Norweigan and English in both written and spoken

You have strong interpersonal skills and are able to manage strategic relationships with an understanding of the overall perspective and the details. You are a great team player with a strong drive for results and are inspired by challenges.
