Are you our future Sales Manager motivated to establish Flexator in Norway and further establish our position in the Norwegian market ?

We are looking for a candidate to build an organization locally, set and implement a winning sales strategy based on our successful track record and well proven concepts. 

The focus is to establish Flexator in Norway and create a project sales organization in order to secure profitable expansion and further strengthening our market position in the different segments. You will work closely to our sister organization Adapteo AS in Norway and draw on Flexator AB’s resources on a Nordic level.

The Sales Manager will establish and have the overall responsibility of the sales activity in Norway. The role includes establishing our local organization and partner structure. The main task is to successfully establish and achieve growth and profitability in our segment/sectors. Coordination of the administration and communication to the relevant stakeholders internally and externally.

 

Areas of responsibilities include:

  • Achieve growth by designing and implementing a strategic sales plan.
  • Setting goals and objectives, coach and motivate.
  • Coaching and performance monitoring of future employees and sales representatives/partners.
  • Build long-lasting customer relationships towards private and public customers directly or through our partner network.
  • Budgeting and forecasting.
  • P&L responsibility for the Norwegian market.
  • Identify market opportunities and shifts based on product knowledge and competitor awareness.


Requirements / Qualifications

  • The right candidate has proven record of strategic and operative success from similar roles.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from A to Z in close cooperation with a project department.
  • Strong business sense and similar industry expertise.
  • Excellent ability to build long lasting customer relations. Mentoring and people management skills is important.
  • Stakeholder management in an international organization motivates you. Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization is key.
  •  An academic degree is meriting, sales and managerial experience is key.
  • The role requires ability to communicate in English.

  • The role is reporting to the CEO of Adapteo AS.
  • Travel + 40 days
