NattoPharma is looking for a Product Development Manager

NattoPharma is a company within the fast-growing nutraceutical sector. Today, the company is active in the dietary supplements markets and intends to expand into other potential markets and industries such as functional food supplements, sports drinks, animal nutrition, hair care, etc. The Product Development Manager will be fundamental in driving this forward by identifying, developing and implementing new products for both existing and new markets.

The right Product Development Manager will identify opportunities for new and improvement to products NattoPharma could develop to successfully bring competitive, differentiating and novel solutions into respective markets, while strengthening the internal knowledge in product and business development.

In strong cooperation with colleagues from the marketing, R&D, and quality departments, as well as with external partners and customers, the new Product Development Manager will be responsible for finding new technological solutions, expeditiously developing and implementing best-fit solutions in existing and new markets.

You could be a fit for our position if you are visionary with interest, insight, knowledge and passion for trends and expectations within the global food, nutraceutical, feed, cosmetic, and/or pharmaceutical sectors; have an eye for product development; and bring structure and clarity into the product development department by being well-organized and adapting quickly to change.

An ideal candidate has a Master´s degree in natural science as biology, chemistry, food technology, or equivalent. Minimum 5 years relevant work experience from product development and within project management from food-, nutrition-, animal feed or pharmaceutical industry is also required. While a Scandinavian language is an advantage, proficiency in English, both orally and written, is a requirement for this position.
