For our HQ in Horten, we are currently looking for a qualified and experienced Marketing Manager / Technical writer. Our Marketing Manager / Technical writer will be responsible and manage all marketing and communication activities in Seagull and our sister company Videotel.

Today the marketing team consist of three employees including the new Marketing Manager.

We are looking for a team player with good communication skills and commitment to success through teamwork.

Our new marketing manager are experienced in writing technical articles and marketing material and have the ability to make complex subjects easily understandable and easy to communicate.

You must have the experience to maneuver in a professional environment with many stakeholders. We believe engagement is critical for success and we expect our new Marketing Manager to engage in the Maritime Training industry and to see the value and contribution Seagull and Videotel give customers, and seafarers worldwide.

QUALIFICATIONS/PERSONAL SKILLS

• Ability to manage a small team in a hectic environment
• Very good writing skills, technical and marketing
• Excellent English oral and writing skills Experience in management of web pages and different social medias
• Experience with different marketing platforms
• Ability to coordinate personnel and vendors for trade shows and exhibitions
• Comfortable with negotiating with vendors and budget responsibility
