MDE Group is one of the leading Energy recruitment companies with offices across Europe, Asia, and America. We are in a phase of solid growth and are looking to strengthen the team with a Managing Director for MDE Norway AS. The Managing Director is to oversee the operations of MDE in Norway and ensure that all aspects of the business operate smoothly, ensure profitability, and develop new business. MDE has an aggressive growth strategy and intends to develop new services and move into new markets. Managing Director reports to the Board of Directors and work closely together with the MDE Group top executive team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing leadership, direction, and management of the Norwegian team
• Ensuring MDE deliver an outstanding service to Clients and Consultants
• Building strong relationships with Clients, business partners and suppliers
• Develop and implement a market growth strategy
• Liaise with internal MDE Group departments to build strong and effective relationships
• A lead role in MDE Group’s Global business development
• Monthly performance and progress reports to MDE Group headquarters

Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a management position
• Experience within the Energy industry, preferably within Recruitment
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset and experience in developing business plans
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Fluent in Norwegian and English, written and orally
• Bachelor degree or above – preferably in business administration
