Hurtigruten are now strengthening our Hotel Operations Department with a new Hotel operations manager to provide our fleet with services to ensure great guest service, safe, environmentally friendly and cost efficient operations of our ships. Our target is to provide the strongest hotel operations in the industry.

Do you want to join our journey? We are looking for a Hotel Operations Manager who will take our department managers and supervisors to the next level. The position will report to VP Hotel Operations Expeditions Fleet

Tasks

Assisting the VP Hotel Operations Expeditions Fleet in the day-to-day operation of the ships and supporting managers on board
Assure compliance of all onboard concepts and alignment across the fleet
Responsible for team KPIs and seek improvements in both performance and guest experience
Work closely with hotel managers and management teams onboard to develop and implement policies, procedures and systems

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years experience within hotel operations with proven results
BSc in relevant areas
Experience from midsized cruiseships or expedition ship segment is required
Strong food and beverage (F&B) knowledge is required
Well experienced within implementation and change processes
