Operations Manager Recycling

Grieg Green has established a position as a leading provider of green ship recycling services and has experienced significant growth opportunity in offshore and decommissioning. Grieg Green only collaborates with what we consider to be the top recycling facilities in the world. They need to adhere to Grieg Green’s recycling policies that are well in line with relevant international and national legislation.

To further strengthen our organization, we are looking for an Operations Manager who will be responsible for the management and organization of the Recycling Supervision Team. You will be responsible for assisting and supporting the Commercial Department with marketing activities and sales processes within the recycling division.

Responsibilities will also include project coordination and management of internal recycling supervisors. You will work closely with Head of Recycling on business development and promoting and negotiating with new and existing customers and other stakeholders.

You are an experienced operational and/or commercial professional within shipping or offshore. You are structured with good planning and coordination abilities and like to be part of and create multi-national teams. The right candidate can maintain long-term perspective while being hands-on in daily operations and will be welcomed into an international and highly skilled team with an informal and enthusiastic atmosphere. Position is based in Oslo and travel is to be expected.
