Vice President Cloud Architecture - Signicat AS

Responsibilitites

• Technology advisor for the COO
• Part of the management team in the Operations organization
• Participate in Signicat’s Architecture Group
• Responsible for defining Signicat’s overall target architecture
• Accountable for architecture at the infrastructure layer
• Deploying and overseeing Signicat’s cloud computing strategy
  • Cloud adoption plans
  • Cloud infrastructure design
  • Cloud management and monitoring
  • Oversee infrastructure architecture and deployment in cloud environments
• Liason with tech leads / architects at the application and platform layers
• Maintain a structure for high-level architecture documentation
• Facilitate R&D and innovation
• Validate cloud vendors and third-party services
• Perform risk management and cost estimation
• Build technology relations with key strategic customers

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of working experience
• Experience from an architecture position
• Strong professional skills within discipline (cloud)
• Higher education in information technology or computer science
• Proven skills in process facilitation /project management
• Team player with good interpersonal skills
• Self driven and delivery oriented
• Ability to navigate in complex business environments
• Customer oriented
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English

Location

Signicat HQ in Trondheim or in Oslo.
