Vi søker en prosjektleder i nLink som kan ta ansvar og sørge for fremdrift i nye og pågående prosjekter, som for eksempel de vi kjører i samarbeid med vår joint venture partner. Du skal sørge for at nLink alltid leverer på avtalt kvalitet, tid og kostnad. 

Som prosjektleder får du ditt mandat av styringsgruppen. Dette innebærer blant annet å sette opp budsjett i timer og innkjøp og overholde disse ved å lede prosjektet slik at prosjektets milepæler oppnås innen tidsfristene. Videre bør du ha evnen til å se valgene som gjøres i prosjektet i lys av den strategiske retningen selskapet har. Du vil måtte melde ressursbehov til avdelingsledere for at ressursfordelingen i firmaet skal kunne skje effektivt.

Stillingen vil også være et bindeledd mellom våre kunder og vår teknologi. Dette setter to krav. For det første, må du forstå teknologien godt nok til å forklare kundene hvilke behov de har og muligheter vi kan gi dem. For det andre, må du kunne formidle kundenes behov til våre utviklere. Derfor er det ønskelig at du har god formidlingsevne kombinert med et godt faglig overblikk innenfor software, hardware og kybernetikk. 

Du vil være en stor bidragsyter for nLink og vårt arbeid innenfor ny teknologi, nye produkter og partnere, og en viktig brikke i arbeidet med å lede prosjekter og ansatte i riktig retning.

Du klarer å få det beste ut av dine medarbeidere ved å ha en støttende lederstil, men også stille tydelige resultatkrav til den enkelte. Teamstørrelsen vil variere med prosjektbehovet, for tiden har vi team på alt fra 3 til 10 personer. Du brenner for prosjektstyring og har erfaring fra lignende stillinger. Det vil også være mulighet for personalansvar i fremtiden.

Dine kvalifikasjoner:

• Du har gjerne teknisk bakgrunn, samt interesse og kunnskap om kybernetikk og robotikk 
• Du har valgt prosjektleder/ledelse som din retning 
• Du har erfaring med økonomistyring og prosjektplanlegging
• Du evner å skape relasjoner og samarbeid 
• Du brenner for prosjektstyring

I Sogndal deler nLink kontorer med Rocketfarm, som er nLinks søsterselskap. Rocketfarm er 17 personer og jobber også med robotteknologi. Til sammen er dette et betydelig fagmiljø med sterk kompetanse på alt fra kunstig intelligens, robotikk, reguleringsteknikk, hardware, rapid prototyping til forretningsutvikling. 

Arbeidssted er i Sogndal. Oppstart snarest, søknader blir vurdert fortløpende.

We are looking for a project manager in nLink who can take responsibility and ensure progress in new and ongoing projects, such as those we run in collaboration with our joint venture partner. You must ensure that nLink always delivers on agreed quality, time and cost.

As our project manager, you get your mandate from the steering committee. This entails, among other things, setting the budget for hours and purchases and adhering to these by leading the project so that the project's milestones are achieved within the deadlines. Furthermore, you should have the ability to see the choices made in the project in light of the strategic direction the company has. You will need to report resource needs to department managers for the resource allocation in the company to be effective.

The position will also be a link between our customers and our technology. This makes two demands. First, you need to understand the technology well enough to explain to customers what needs they have and the opportunities we can provide them. Second, you need to be able to communicate customer needs to our developers. Therefore, it is desirable that you are a strong communicator and have a fairly good overview of general software, hardware and cybernetics/robotics.

You will be a major contributor to nLink and our work in new technology, new products and partners, and an important part of our efforts to lead projects and employees in the right direction.

You manage to get the most out of your employees by being supportive, but also setting clear performance targets for each individual. Team size will vary with project needs, currently we have teams of anywhere from 3 to 10 people. You are passionate about project management and have experience from similar positions. There will also be the possibility of personnel responsibility in the future.

You will do a lot of this:

• You have a technical background, as well as interest and knowledge about cybernetics and robotics
• You have chosen the project manager / management as your direction and draw energy from it

In Sogndal, nLink shares offices with Rocketfarm, which is nLink's sister company. Rocketfarm is 17 people and also works with robotics. All in all, this is a significant professional environment with strong expertise in everything from artificial intelligence, robotics, regulation technology, hardware, rapid prototyping to business development.
