Tasks
- Secure a premium service experience for our guests
- Create results through professional leadership and engaging employees
- Training and development of middle management and other employees in your department
- Accountable for confirming to USPH and HACCH guidelines for hygiene
- Control cost, expenses and efficiency - both for crew, supplies and other costs
- Increase on-board sales
- Contribute in daily meetings with the rest of the ship management and assure efficient collaboration with all departments on board
- Efficient collaboration with the land based organization as well as knowledge sharing across the fleet
Qualifications
- BSc in Hotel Management, tourism or other relevant education
- Extensive relevant experience can compensate for lack of formal education
- Proven track record in Hotel Management
- Solid commercial awareness and knowledge about all reporting departments
- Good ICT skills
- Experience from midsized cruiseships or expeditions segment is required
- We offer the necessary safety certifications if the candidate does not have these
