We are seeking a CEO to lead Desert Control from a small company to a professionalized international organization. The CEO will be responsible for the overall strategy of the company and will report to the Supervisory Board.

Key areas of responsibility:

• Develop the company strategy
• Accountability for internal and external communication
• Stakeholder management
• Manage future distributors and partnerships
• Responsible for the financial performance of the company
• Manage investor relationship

The right candidate has:

• Relevant university degree
• Relevant international business experience
• Purpose driven leadership style and passion for sustainability
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Norwegian
• Knowledge and interest in relevance science

The role will give you a wide variety of responsibilities, varying from strategic to operational duties. We are seeking a person who is driven, pro-active and result oriented. You are a natural team player with strong ability to create results with and through others. You have strong networking skills and come across as both pragmatic, persuasive and with the necessary cultural sensitivity.
