In NCA, we seek leaders who are motivated by our vision, our work and our values, and who wish to develop our organizational and leadership culture. In order to reach our goals, we need managers who are able to take a strategic lead, provide effective day-to-day management, and promote a safe and healthy work place. In our Humanitarian Division, we are looking for a proactive leader who motivates employees within a professional environment and has the ability to set direction and implement the organization's strategic goals and ambitions. As Head of Division, you have overall responsibility for NCA's humanitarian responses, as well as management responsibility for a skilled, committed professional staff in Oslo.
