MMR Lead

TechnipFMC seeks a dynamic and motivated LEAD to the Maintenance, Modification and Repair department.

As Lead you will be responsible for managing all MMR activities for Surface Norway in Tananger, including strategic planning, activity forecasting, resource management, process improvement and execution of MMR deliveries towards both internal and external customers.

• Provide leadership to the MMR team on a daily basis and actively contribute to a positive working environment.
• Responsible for the commercial aspects
• Accountable for on time delivery
• Responsible for strategic planning
• Responsible for long term forecasting and managing resources accordingly to meet business needs
• Development, implementation and continuous improvement of processes and work routines
• Implement Risk Management
• Develop sales of MMR services
• Manage the procurement strategy for spare parts and consumables required to execute activites
• Responsible to follow up vendors
• Personnel responsibility

• Surface Wellhead equipment and tooling
• Refurbishment and recertification processes (QCP's, ITP's etc.)
• Good knowledge of industry codes, specifically API, ISO and NORSOK
• Good knowledge of Lean
• Good Knowledge and understanding of Risk Management
• Financial and commercial awareness is essential
• Expert knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office and SAP

• 5 years' experience in the Oil and Gas Industry in an applicable job role working with Surface equipment and tooling
• 3 years' experience working on maintenance, modification and recertification
• Experience managing a team
• Commercial background and experience
• Structured and pragmatic approach to planning and problem solving
• Capable to develop, improve and implement processes, policies, and procedures
• Logic and structure when planning and executing work tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Technical qualification
