Technical Manager - Market Unit Norway-IcelandElopak are looking to find a new Technical Manager to head the Technical Service department which is responsible for technical support and services to our customers in the Norwegian food industry market. You will lead a team of 9 technicians and collaborate closely with colleagues across the Nordics as well as the sales department in Norway as well as with other technical departments within Elopak.
Key Qualifications: . Experience in the dairy and packaging industry would be an advantage, but it is not a requirement . You are a confident & motivating manager and a strong team player . You are service minded with experience from customer and sales support Key responsibilities and accountabilities: . Manage the technical department MU Norway incl. people, service and projects . Key contact for existing or new customer in all technical topics with regard to our machine and equipment portfolio . Work with Market Unit in Claim Procedure by providing technical know-how . Responsible for the Elopak System (Blanks-Machine-Caps) at Customer site . Proactive driver of after sales technical service . Be a proactive part of the Nordic technical community in Elopak . P&L and budget responsibility for the technical department . Secure compliance on the Health, Safety and Environment policy . Work with Sales Department/KAM on technical customer projects . Negotiate Technical Service Contract with customer Personal Profile: . Structured and analytical . Ability to build networks with colleagues, suppliers and customers . Good communication skills both verbally and written in Norwegian and English We can offer: .
