Our Store Managers are the coaches of our teams

If you love running a balanced business, growing a team and creating excellent guest experience, then you might be the person we are looking for. We are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious individuals to lead our new Oslo location (Oslo Street Food, Oslo).

Every day in our stores, our team makes great food – you’ll oversee both back of house operations, as well as our front of house. The head coach is the anchor of the store – you’re an enthusiastic leader, a quick thinker, a problem-solver and a skilled communicator, and an inspiration for the team, a true role model, leading by example.

What you will do

·       We care deeply about our people, and it is your responsibility to develop the team by identifying talent, building skill set through training (unique guest service) as well as growing future leaders.

·       You will create and implement systems that drive a successful store and team performance.

·       The people around you will be treated like friends and family, as will anyone entering our places.

·       Meaningful relationships with team and guest will be built rooted in trust and honest communication.

·       Architect incredible guest experiences by inspiring your team

·       Create fun with team members and guest alike

 What you’ve got

·       3+ years’ experience in restaurant management

·       Experience from fast casual restaurants (preferred)

·       Managed and developed 15+ team members

·       Developing budgets, financial planning and strategy, COGS, labor/scheduling, training and team development

·       Experience in food safety and planning

·       Ability to coordinate multiple tasks such as food, beverage and labor costs while maintaining required standards of operation ion daily restaurant activities

·       You must possess good communication skills for dealing with diverse staff
