QA Manager

Ultimovacs is expanding the development activities and is  looking for an experienced QA manager to strengthen the team.

As our new QA Manager you will be responsible for development  and maintenance of our QMS, qualify and oversee manufacturers of drug substance and drug product including QA agreements and follow-up of deviations. Other important responsibilities in this role will be to conduct GMP and GCP audits, manage internal changes and deviations, internal risk management, and coordination of inspections. Ensuring internal compliance with applicable GMP / GCP and compliance with personal data regulations, and other relevant regulations.

We are looking for candidates with BSc/MSc in Science or other relevant education. Relevant job experience can compensate for lack of education. Some years of experience in the field of QA would be preferred in the role. It is beneficial if you have experience with establishment and improvement of QMS as well as knowledge from working with EU and US GxP requirements in different stages of development. You are fluent in oral and written English. You are reliable and able to work both individually and as a team player. The position will report to Director Regulatory Affairs and QA, Oslo.

The QA Manager will cooperate closely with the internal product development and clinical operations teams at Ultimovacs’ Oslo and Uppsala offices, and also collaborate with external drug substance and product suppliers. Some travelling will be required. The position will be located at Ultimovacs’ office in Oslo, Norway, and we would consider candidates with residency in other countries.
