We are looking for a self-managed, experienced and pro-active Project Manager to lead one of our large NavibillingCX implementation projects in Norway (close to Oslo) and work on customer site.

To fill the role as project manager, you must be capable of managing IT implementation projects, handle large size of project teams and projects with a high degree of complexity, strategic and commercial importance. The successful candidate must enjoy working in a diversified and true global organization, where most your team will be situated in Denmark and Germany.

Main Responsibilities:

• Planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure of projects.
• Establish and monitor effective processes for the project team.
• Reporting to stakeholders and coordination with key account management.
• Mitigate and solve problems.
• Securing good stakeholder communication.

Experience and Skills:

• Experience with project management, preferably within an Agile work environment.
• Personality that is process driven, proactive and goal oriented
• Good communication and intercultural skills
• Team player with empathy and good motivational skills, that wants to have focus on team development
• Relevant degree within e.g. IT, engineering or business
• Preferable a documented project management certification
• Experience within software, telco, billing and customer care processes or within Microsoft Dynamics NAV is an advantage
• Fluent in Norwegian and English - both written and verbal

The job is based in Oslo, Norway and the position will involve travelling activities primarily within the northern European area. Our corporate language is English.
