HR Manager Norway | Shearwater

As a result of the growth and development of the company, Shearwater is now looking to expand its HR team with a dedicated HR Manager for Norway, with a proactive mindset. As the HR Manager Norway, the suitable candidate will be overall responsible for all HR activities, support Line Managers and contribute to developing the organisation.

We are looking for a candidate who:

• Has extensive experience with HR processes and day-to-day HR management
• Can be part of and take lead in developing the organisation; high focus on competence development, cultural development and implementation of global HR processes.
• Support Line Managers in all HR related processes
• Experience from recruitment and onboarding processes
• Experience with GDPR compliance
• Experienced with HR systems and efficiency processes

The ideal candidate has relevant higher education within HR or administration and 5-10 years of relevant work experience within HR, preferably from the oil and gas industry.

The role will be located in Bergen or Oslo, and some travelling must be expected. The role will report to SVP HR.
