Arbeidsoppgaver

Act as a trusted partner to leadership ensuring the establishment of sound people management practices and the implementation of consistent decision-making processes
Ensure the implementation of HR procedures, processes and tools within designated business units and report accordingly
Coach leaders in the application of HR procedures, processes and tools, providing the necessary feedback on their effectiveness, suggesting improvements and ensuring compliance is maintained
Interface with leadership and HR team focusing on recruitment and workforce planning, employee relations, talent & performance management, organizational development and design, compensation and compliance in alignment with the business and HR strategy
Support leaders to identify, prioritize and build organizational capabilities, behaviours and structures
Conduct informal needs assessments to determine current and future needs within the business related to the HR function
Promote change management and organizational culture development, helping leaders to change and deal with possible barriers
Run integrated actions and diagnoses to strengthen engagement within and across business units and functions

Kvalifikasjoner

Degree in Business, Human Resources or Management required. Master's degree preferred
Extensive HR generalist experience including in a business partner function
Sophisticated and progressive knowledge of all facets of human resources is required
Wide HR generalist experience, including in a business partner function
Well versed with local labour law
Progressive knowledge of different facets of human resources
