Group CEO

The group CEO will have the ultimate responsibility for the development of the group and the successful integration of the different operating companies in the group. The CEO will have the responsibility for the operational development of the group, and will work closely together with line management in the operation. He or she will appoint the broader management group.

The right candidate will have extensive relevant leadership experience with documented results. The position requires strong commercial understanding, large capacity to drive through strategic initiatives in the organisation and a “hands-on” leadership style. Previous experience from leading post-merger integration processes is important. Experience from maritime or fishery related industry is positive, but not a prerequisite.

Office location could be flexible but the position requires extensive travel and presence at the main operation locations in Tromsø and Malmefjord outside of Molde.

Group CFO

To assist the group CEO and be second in command for the group we are recruiting a group CFO. The CFO will have the overall responsibility for the finance function in the group including all operating subsidiaries. This ie. involves financial reporting and financing of the group’s activities. In addition to the finance function the CFO is expected to take substantial responsibility for the business development activities of the group and support the CEO in the successful integration and developments of the operating companies.

The right candidate will have a financial education background, and experience from leading the finance function in a mid-size company. Ability to identify improvement potential in financial reporting and risk management, and implement continuous improvement is important. Background from business development, consulting or similar is positive but not a prerequisite.
