Country Manager Norge

The Country Manager is overall responsible for Alektum Group’s entity in Norway and has a major impact on Alektum Group’s overall growth as well as development on both local- and group level. The Country Manager has overall P&L responsibility and will enable efficient and profitable operations for Alektum Group in Norway. Other key responsibilities include developing both people and organization to have the right capabilities to grow the business. Moreover, the responsibilities also include development of existing- and future customer base as well as building and growing the overall brand awareness. In co-operation with Group functions the Country Manager will secure the right product portfolio, marketing activities, system support and process efficiency to meet country targets.

You are a sales and business oriented leader with market knowledge as well as good business insight of the financial services. You are talented in business development and inspire others to reach top results while developing the expertise in your organization. You enjoy cooperation with both internal and external stakeholders and we appreciate your previous experience of a leadership position. To be successful in our international organization you need to be fluent in both English and Norwegian.
