For client: Recruitment Program Lead

As a Recruitment Program Lead, you will be responsible for recruiting leaders and developing talent in a global structure. You will work with a global network of external recruiting partners, follow up recruitment on an operative level and support the quality assurance program for recruiting and onboarding the right partners. You will be based in Oslo.

Responsibilities

• Develop the overall strategy for recruiting leadership and talent management
• Support assessment and selection of recruiting partners world wide
• Develop and implement the assessment program for talent and leadership
• Evaluate and select tools and systems within sourcing and assessment

Skills

• Experience from recruiting for global companies and/or executive searchfirms
• Be up-to-date with tools for recruiting and talent development
• Comfortable with sales, training and presentation at all levels in an organization
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a broad combination of projects/initiatives to meet deadlines
• Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who can quickly build trust-based relationships with senior leaders and collaborate effectively across multiple functions and disciplines

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, or related discipline
• A minimum of 5 years of related experience, including in-depth expertise within and/or breadth of expertise across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Organizational Development and HR in general. Previous experience as an HR Business partner og consultant within executive search a plus.
