VP Tolling Systems - Q-Free ASA

Exciting management position in a global technology company in Trondheim!

As part of the Q-Free strategy to become even more market oriented and develop and bring the next generation Tolling products to the market, we are seeking a Vice President Tolling Systems. You will lead and manage a team of 20-25 people, with global responsibility, and be part of region Europe’s management team and report to SVP Europe.

 Key responsibilities & main work tasks:

• Global responsibility for overall strategy, system architecture and roadmaps
• Responsible for financial and operational planning, execution and reporting
• Close contact with internal product development units and markets
• Maintain good business relationship with existing and potential customers, partners, suppliers, and relevant government authorities/bodies
• Support for existing and new systems, project management and system installation
• Monitor global market trends and collect, organize and disseminate market and competitor intelligence

• Leader, motivator and team builder
• Analysis & Judgement, quickly understands and analyses complex issues and problems; comes up with sound and rational judgements
• Shows initiative & takes responsibility
• Communicates and presents in a clear, precise and structured way; speaks with authority and conviction
• Technical understanding
• Financial understanding
• Fluent in at least English, both spoken and written

Ideal experience:

• Preferably Master of Science or higher
• Relevant management experience
• International working experience
• Preferable experience from project sales and implementation of construction contracts
