For client: Digital Marketing Lead

As a Digital Marketing Lead you will be responsible for thinking omni-channel marketing and platform development to identify the most efficient ways to grow a global service on a digital platform B2B. You are hungry, analytical and creative, and have growth-hacking as a mindset. You will focus on conversion, activity and retention in a B2B platform, where both customers and partners are vital.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the brand platform and overall communication strategy
• Lead all digital marketing activity across SEO, PPC, content and email marketing
• Plan segmentation and targeting of customers and partners worldwide
• Run promotions with relevant content and A/B-testing to optimize conversion rates and acceptance
• Develop, run and analyze client and partner surveys
• Evaluate and select tools for digital promotion, surveys and marketing
• Build, test and optimize campaign specific landing pages and user journey flows
• Take co-ownership in the website and develop functionality, design and content

Essential Skills and Experience

• Broad digital marketing experience for fast growing SaaS/online services
• Experience working for fast growing B2B/B2C publishing or ecommerce services/companies
• Hands-on experience with content marketing, PPC and SEO
• Experience from leading people in teams and projects
• You will be someone who strives to be up-to-date and has a strong focus on ROI
• Excellent presentation and communication skills also in writing
• You must be fluent in English. Norwegian is not mandatory
