The Service Delivery Manager (SDM) reports to the Service Manager and is the customer’s primary point of contact in Green Mountain’s operations on contractual agreements. The SDM maintains contracts and contract amendments.

Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for monthly reporting on data centre services delivered. This includes status reporting to the customer, but also internally for implementing changes/expansion of services.
  • Working actively to analyse the operational situation to maintain and develop the service quality, service portfolio and the relationship with the customer.
  • Ensuring that the commercial performance of the contracts is met, including verification of invoice documentation.
  • Act as a project manager for customer related projects including presale and after sale.
  • Maintaining a service handbook that defines interaction with the customer organization, involved roles and venues required for active interaction with the customer. Contribute to the further development and documentation of Service Management Systems.
  • SDM ensures that services are delivered consistently on the Service Level Agreements agreed in the contracts.

Qualification requirements:

  • A personality with strong customer focus, structured and organized 
  • Honest, straightforward and bold (you’ll need to tell us how we could improve)
  • Ability to establish and develop customer relations
  • Knowledge of data centre services and requirements is an advantage. Candidates with no direct data centre experience are welcome to apply if they possess a good knowledge of technology and process i.e. from IT operations, IT security, IT compliance
  • Strong communicating skills both verbal and written in English and Norwegian
  • Knowledge in quality and security assurance
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and roles.
