Marketing manager, Retail and E-commerce (B2C/POS)

CEWE is expanding in the Scandinavian markets and in Norway we have currently open a brand new role as our Marketing Manager, E-commerce and Retails. We are looking for a innovative and hands-on Marketing Manager who has the capabilities to develop, implement and managing marketing campaigns in both our platforms, retail and e-commerce. Using marketing and e-commerce expertise, the right candidate will be responsible for implementing promotional campaigns used for B2C and POS marketing in Norway and Sweden.
 
Main responsibilities in this job are to lead the marketing department and make sure that all Japan Photo shops and the online platform is according to the overall marketing strategy. Hereby analyzing and anticipation of consumer trends in all three markets (NOR and SWE), development and managing of the marketing mix (POS marketing, dialogue marketing, ATL (Above the line)/BTL (Below the line) action and follow-up, e-commerce platform, 360 degree marketing, PR and CRM). Additional responsibilities are planning, marketing budget and track on deadlines of CEWE marketing campaigns and activities. You will also lead/participate in different internal marketing projects.

We are looking for a person with a higher marketing degree in e-commerce and/or digital marketing and at least 5 years experience from a similar position in retail industry. You have an excellent track-record from leadership/running successful teams, and you have been working with Point of Sales marketing in a retail chain. The role requires hands-on mentality and a strong analytical mindset. Excellent language skills in Norwegian (or other Nordic languages) and English, oral and written, is required. German language knowledge would be an advantage. There are estimated 40-50 travel days.

CEWE offers the right candidate a competitive compensation and benefits with an individual stock option incentive. The marketing manager will report directly to the Managing Director in Århus, Denmark on a functional level and to the MD in Norway on a hierarchy level.
