In this challenging role you are responsible for all aspects of HR practices and processes for Stokke A.S., including managing the local HR team. You support business needs, promoting the Stokke values and culture and enable business success through implementation of the global HR Strategy.    Responsibilities 
  • Responsible for the execution and implementation of global HR processes in Norway according to the Global HR Strategy 
  • Ensure effective and high quality HR support to the different departments and line managers across Stokke A.S.  
  • Drive and support HR topics in close relation with Global HR Director  
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external partners related to e.g. employment law, payroll, training, HSE 
  • Main Stokke representative for labour unions including: AMU, NITO and TEKNA  
  • HR reporting such as forecasting, headcount tracking and management reporting Sick leave follow up (Norway specific)  
  • Responsible in the recruitment process including support for interviews, drafting contracts, onboarding and offboarding etc.  
  • Responsible for employee survey for the employees within their responsibility area  
  • Advise and assist local Managers on all HR topics, including supporting the employees and handling HR related inquiries  
  • Management of other local HR systems for management of vacation, sickness etc.  
  • Maintaining and monitoring the personnel database and other employee related data for Stokke A.S.  
  • Continuous focus on improvement, maintenance and communication of HR procedures and routines  
  Qualifications 
  • Relevant higher education, preferably within Human Resources Management, or other related field 
  • 7-10 years relevant experience, within the HR field, preferably from international companies 
  • Experience of practices / experience with Norwegian employment law  
  • At least 5 years experience working with Norwegian labour unions  
  • Fluent in English oral and written communication  
  • Other languages would be an advantage  
  • Experience from other cultures is preferred, but not a requirement  
  • Good IT skills, Windows, Office and similar
