COMPLIANCE MANAGER with experience from practicing law in Sweden!

We wish a new college welcome to join our competent and skilled Compliance team.

• Privacy Legislation 
• Identify and assess requirements related to customer contracts 
• Risk reporting for compliance 
• Provide advice and support to the organization in matters of operational compliance risk 
• Contribute to project work for implementing new regulations in IT environments 
• Implement activities related to the handling, reporting and follow-up of compliance with the regulations 
• Be updated on the subject area in general, and in particular, significant laws, rules and framework conditions that are of relevanceto the Financial Services area in EVRY 
• Assist in the further development of appropriate methodologies to identify, assess and monitor compliance requirements 
• Contribute to establishing, maintaining and strengthening a good culture for compliance, including through training activities and facilitating workshops and leadership anchoring 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• You have higher legal education,  
• Practiced law in Sweden 
• You have a good knowledge of the framework for financial companies 
• You are able to understand and interpret regulations, analyze relevance for financial activities, prioritize areas and communicate this well in the organization 
• You have 3-6 years of relevant experience and knowledge of compliance from financial companies, business management, risk management and / or internal control 

• You are a relationship builder, good at cooperating and communicating across business areas, academic communities and roles 
• You can work independently, lead and ensure implementation of projects and activities within the stipulated deadlines 
• You are initiative-oriented and solution-oriented 
• You have a high level of service and a genuine desire to add value to the professional environment and to the business 
• You have high integrity and are trusted
