Strategic Planning Manager
Intrum is currently looking for a Strategic Planning Manager to join the Strategy, Sourcing and Enterprise Architecture team within Group Innovation and Operations (COO area). The unit is responsible for managing the Group- and IT-strategy processes, Group Sourcing and Vendor management and Enterprise Architecture. The unit also plays a key role in supporting the COO with planning and execution of projects and initiatives within the Group Innovation and Operations area. The role reports to Director Strategy, Sourcing and Enterprise Architecture. The role will be interacting with various parts of the Group, including Executive Management Team.
Most important tasks and responsibilities
·Provide presentations and execute strategic projects including technology related projects for COO and Executive management. Develop strong relationships with stakeholders across the Intrum Group
·Be owner of Intrum Group Strategic Cycle. Plan, execute and report on Intrum global business plan execution. Drive development of Intrum’s group strategic cycle, ensuring end-to-end transparency from strategy, to business plans and individual initiatives
·Manage the IT project portfolio, including monitoring business value realization and stakeholder reporting
·Manage and run IT governance processes, including prepare and execute formal decision meetings on global level as meeting administrator
Experience
·Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in strategic planning and/or management consulting
·Experience from project management/PMO, in preferably a technology driven environment
·Financial skills, in particular with regards to business case monitoring
·Superior ability to communicate and collaborate effectively
·Experience from Group Level strategy projects is beneficial
