Requirements:

Business School with Bachelor or Masters degree is an advantage, as well as experience from working in business operations
It's an advantage to have participated in a startup, sold a company or have helped to start something from scratch with little or no money
% of the business will be earned over a 3 year period based on the agreement we create

Total revenue in 2017 was 5 Mill Nok (1.4 Mill NOK is revenue made in the Philippines)

11 years of experience as an entrepreneur
Built 3 companies that earn money (I have failed with many other projects)
Written 3 books (2 X #1 Amazon Bestsellers) and held lectures all over the world on how to become a digital nomad and use outsourcing as an effective way to get things done.
Travelled for the past 7 years, but have now landed 100% in Oslo, Norway. 3sixty is based out of StartupLab.no in the Oslo Research Park (Gaustadallèen 21, 0349 Oslo)

3sixty Factory was started in 2008 because I was left unable to use my arms after editing images for 48 hours straight. I started outsourcing image editing to the Philippines and over the last 9 years we have built up a team of around 65 people serving clients all over the world. In 2017 we were hit in the head with a brick when we realised that we must give clients an efficient and user friendly platform to collaborate with us on getting their work done. Our platform is now live and our client love working in it! We are working daily on improving the platform.
