Energy Maintenance Manager

The role
Organize, follow up and administrate technical performance and reporting, both regulatory and internal demands. Manage and develop people, systems, structure and routines - securing best possible effectively and proper technical operation according to corporate guidelines and local regulations. Staff responsibility for 5 Technical Managers in Norway.
 
Responsible for overseeing all day to day technical/engineering function in the countries, according to company ambitions, guidelines and goals. Schedule property inspections, audits, day to day technical support ensuring that Group systems and standards and local authority requirements are properly applied and documented. Manage Fire Life Safety and authority regulations compliance. The position is based in Oslo, and reports to Head of Technical and Construction.

 
Main Tasks
• Manage and follow up local technical operation on main performance/KPI’s, property capex and repair & maintenance plans and budget
• Organize, coordinate and carry out technical planning and reporting 
• Assess technical strengths, weaknesses, potentials and risks of our portfolio
• Develop and follow up strategic maintenance and investments plans regarding status, progress and economy
• Organize and support technical managers in the budgeting process
• Analyze and initiate best practice projects
• Develop, follow up and negotiate key outsourcing partners technical operation
• Give support to Shopping Center management on monitoring and analyses of Service Charges. Proposals for improvements.
• Initiate, assist and follow up central framework agreements
• Responsible for managing FDVweb - electronically operational and system
• Organize input and contributions from the Technical Department in the preparing of the company’s business plans for each shopping center

 
Experience
• Primarily more than 5 years of experience in the construction or real estate sector; technical management and internal control
• Experience in technical management, reporting and administration
• Experience in energy efficiency management is an advantage
 

Education
• Higher level engineering, preferably building engineer (Bachelor) or Diploma in electro technical studies or climate or mechanical engineering
• Some additional formal economic education is an advantage
