On behalf of Miros AS in Asker Norway, OG-S are now looking for a person to step into the position of Sales & Marketing Director. We are looking for a person that really knows sales, marketing and the processes behind, and a person that himself / herself is passionate about taking high end technology solutions out to the global market place.
Reporting into the CEO, you will have overall responsibility for the Sales & Marketing Division within Miros. You will manage a team of 3 Sales Managers / Advisors in Aberdeen and 4 Sales Managers / Advisors in Asker. Your responsibilities will include direct sales to customers world wide as well as working on implementing an overall sales and marketing strategy for the company.
What are we looking for?
Educated to degree level (Management, Technical or Business), we are looking for a person who really understands sales and marketing. Someone who is passionate about sales and someone who is motivated by bringing technology out to the global market place. You will have long experience from sales and marketing and be able to show that you have successfully managed sales teams and delivered good results. You must have some knowledge in relation to the digitalisation agenda that different industries are now experiencing, and it would be a great benefit (Not essential) if you have some experience from maritime sectors or the oil and gas sector.
