Are you our new Sales Director in the Yacht, Cruise and Offshore segments?

STABLE¿s previous Sales Director is now head of developing StableCare - stabilized stretchers for ambulance - and STABLE needs immediately to find our new Sales Director.

Job description:

  • Develop and safeguard defined customer accounts
  • Strategically work towards STABLE¿s target markets, the maritime industry, architects, designers and media
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and seek new customers
  • Budget planning
  • Offer and deal handling
  • Negotiate and close deals in an international high level and unique business environment
  • Build relations, plan and take part in exhibitions
  • Calculate business cases and prepare necessary documentation for approval of customer cases
  • Keep CRM system updated at all times
  • Participate and follow up the Sales strategy together with STABLE´s Market Strategy
  • Initiate and execute joint marketing campaigns

 

Preferable background:

  • Bachelor¿s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics or any other related field
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience from the maritime industry, related sales and/or international sales
  • Documented experience from international sales, preferably from the maritime business sector
  • Basic knowledge of maritime technology is a plus
  • Norwegian language fluently, both oral and written
  • English language fluently, both oral and written

  • Representable, honesty and a sense of humor is also a plus
