The HR Business Partner/HR Manager Europe will support managers and employees located in Oslo, being a part of the European organization. You will support execution of Circle K strategy and ensure human resource management is aligned with corporate policies, guidelines and Circle K values. This key position will be the nucleus for HRBP`s, local BU HR and the different COE`s. The HR Business Partner/HR Manager Europe is part of the HR Management team for Europe and reports to VP HR Europe.

Being a part of our team, you work to support our business strategy. You will collaborate with our European Shared Service Centre (HR Operations/ Payroll, Travel and System support) and local HR Business partners to secure execution and quality processes. Further more you will be responsible for recruitment, salaries, overtime, reward processes, on/off-boarding procedures, master data, follow up labor union greements, as well as being a key contributor to GDPR preparations in the HR area. In addition, you will contribute to further developing our European HR processes, tools and HR projects.  


To qualify for our team, you should have a relevant higher education qualification such as a master's degree in human resource management and relevant experience from a similar position. Solid work experience and insight may compensate for less education.


It is not essential that you have worked with all aspects of HR. Your ability to contribute with a "can do"- attitude, personal drive and ambitions will be vital. You may work independently – and as a part of a team, you are flexible and you connect naturally to people around you.
