- Exercise role as responsible for the platform stability in accordance with Aktivitetsforskriften.
- Exercise role as Operational and Technical responsible for lifting operations. NORSOK R003
- Exercise role as Communication responsible person in accordance with Aktivitetsforskriften.
- Exercise role as Logistic responsible ( marine , helicopter and warehouse ) onboard.
- Ensure that the platform is operated and maintained in a safe manner.
- Carry out tasks in accordance with the Emergency Response Plan.
- Exercise his role as task, area and system responsible person within his area of responsibility.
- Supervision at worksites.
- Provide daily support and information to the Operation Team and take an active part in management and prioritization of tasks as required.
- Participate in the planning of activities within O&M, modifications, inspections and surface treatment.
Required competencies
- Typically a minimum of 5-7 years experience from a relevant field/ discipline, preferably as Marine Section Leader.
- Detailed understanding of appropriate regulations and standards.
- Formal professional competence and experience within the maritime systems.
- A valid Deck Officer class 1 certificate and experience as required in accordance with the requirements for the role as stability responsible person onboard/Stability supervisor.
- A valid GOC/ROC certificate and experience with marine communication, metrology observations etc in accordance with the requirements for the role as communication responsible
- Thorough knowledge of semi submersible platform marine- and stability systems.
- NORSOK R 003 knowledge is imperative.
- Fluency in Norwegian and English language (written and spoken)
